Treat Yourself to a Hair Spa Day in Honor of Mental Health Awareness Month

A much-needed TLC.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and all the editors at All Things Hair highly encourage everyone to celebrate! This month is for raising awareness about different mental illnesses and efforts being made to help those in need. We love that there is an awareness month for mental health, and an easy way to make a positive change in your mental health is to take time for yourself.

Even though this may seem small, just taking even an hour for yourself to relax and focus on your needs can do wonders for relieving your stress levels and resetting your mindset. So, we propose that you make time for yourself to treat yourself to a spa day in the next few days. Showing your hair some love with some hair care treatments is incredibly relaxing and gives you time to yourself amidst a busy week.

Let’s Celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month!

We ran a survey among our readers to check on their current mental health state since working from home has affected all of us. We asked them if they have felt the impact not being at the office has had on their mental health, and 46% said it had a positive impact.
