October 10th is World Mental Health Day and all the editors at All Things Hair highly encourage everyone to celebrate! This day is for raising awareness about different mental illnesses and efforts being made to help those in need. We love that there is an awareness day for mental health, and an easy way to make a positive change in your mental health is to take time for yourself. Even though this may seem small, just taking even an hour for yourself to relax and focus on your needs can do wonders for relieving your stress levels and reseting your mindset. So, we propose that you make time for yourself in the next few days to treat yourself to a spa day. Showing your hair some love with some hair care treatments is incredibly relaxing and gives you time to yourself amidst a busy week.
