How to Achieve PatBo’s Effortlessly Wrapped Low Pony from FW’22

NYFW is back again for another season and we’re kicking off Fall/Winter 2022 by showing you all the latest and hottest trends to expect for the upcoming season. Today we went backstage with PatBo to show you how to achieve an effortlessly low pony by Unilever’s Global Celebrity Hairstylist Tracy Redway.
How to Achieve Patbo’s Effortlessly Wrapped Low Pony in 5 Simple Steps
Want to achieve one of the hottest ponytail trends for Fall/Winter 2022? Learn how to achieve the look in these five easy steps.
Step 1: Start with Hair Mousse
To help guarantee a long-lasting look, apply hair mousse such as TRESemme’s Extra Hold Volumnizing Mousse evenly throughout your mane. Mousse is best applied when applied all over the dry damp hair. After applying your mousse run your fingers throughout your hair until it drys to keep your hair evenly spread out.
Step 2: Hold Hair Into Ponytail
Gather your hair into a low-back ponytail. While doing so, leave wispy hair strands out in the front of your head to help frame your face while in the pony.
Step 3: Spray Ponytail
Spray your ponytail down with a firm-hold hairspray such as TRESemmé’s One-Step Wave hairspray. Be sure to apply from the roots to the ends of the ponytail to enhance the roots of the look, and truly maximize the effortless wrapped low pony look.
Step 4: Wrap Hair Accessory
Now it’s time for the hairstyle’s statement piece! Wrap a lightly textured scarf of your choice around your pony is a rope-like effect. Stop wrapping the scarf around your pony midway through and tie a knot hidden behind the pony to hold the scarf in place. Leave ponytail any excess pieces of the scarf hanging under the ponytail to add to the laidback effect.

5. Add Finishing Touches to the Pony
No look is ever complete without the finishing touches that bring the amazingness all together. Complete your look by adding TRESemmé’s Dry Texture Spray throughout your hair. This will help to enhance the volume of the ponytail! Follow up by flat ironing the ends of the ponytail to give it a cute, sleek, finish!
