The Textured Looks We Spotted on the Last Day of Fashion Month
All about that texture!
Well, just like that Fashion Month has officially come to an end. However, that doesn’t mean the trend spotting is over. For the last day of fashion month, textured looks from curly to wavy hairstyles have caught our eye. Although the trends we’ve seen this season featured bouts of sleek, and slightly textured styles, the textured looks we came across are proof that bigger is better.

Textured Looks You Must Try

1. Amplified Waves
Have naturally wavy hair? Well, this style should come pretty easy for you. While it may be simple to achieve the definition you want since your hair is naturally wavy, your focus should be on the volume. To take your looks to new heights, use a volumizing mousse, like Suave Professionals Natural Volume Mousse, to help you out. Apply the product through clean, damp hair then finger comb through. Use a diffuser to dry your hair. Backcomb parts of your hair to encourage texture.

2. Voluminous Curls
This is definitely a big curly textured look that we can get behind. The bigger the curls, the harder they stare. To achieve this style, it’s more about the styling technique than it is about the product. Use your hands to massage your roots while creating lift at the same time. In other words: Slide your fingers into each section of hair and massage upward. Once you have achieved your desired height, set in place with TRESemmé Compressed Micro Mist Hairspray Extend Hold Level 4. Go back in and undo some of the curls to enhance the textured effect.

3. Texture on Straight Hair
Wherever there is a will, there is definitely a way. We strongly feel the straightest of hair types can also have fun with textured looks. On straight hair, after washing, apply a professional spray, like TRESemmé One Step Volume 5-in-1 Volumizing Mist, to create a natural-looking texture. Scrunch hair to style and air-dry.
