12 Days of Christmas Hair Day 9: Confetti Bun Hairstyle Tutorial
Step 1: Start with clean hair.
Before creating your confetti bun hairstyle, cleanse and condition your hair with a hair care system that gives you sleek, frizz-free hair. Editors’ pick: TRESemmé Keratin Smooth Shampoo and TRESemmé Keratin Smooth Conditioner. After the wash and conditioning process, blow-dry your hair until it’s completely dry.
Step 2: Create your bun.
Apply a styling oil, like Suave Professionals Moroccan Infusion Styling Oil, to your hair for shine, then use a hair brush to smooth your hair up into a sleek bun. Secure your knot with hairpins to keep it in place. If you need help with this step, check out our simple ballerina bun tutorial.
Step 3: Apply some gel.
Squeeze a dollop of TRESemmé TRES Two Mega Firm Control Gel onto your hands and smooth it over your bun.
Step 4: Sprinkle confetti.
Now here’s the fun part! Sprinkle your confetti all over your bun and have fun with this awesome new hairstyle.
