Tutorial: Blow-Dry Hair Tips and Advice
Wash and prep your strands.
Start off by washing your hair to prep your strands for this style. Starting off with clean hair is key to achieve the volume and fullness we’re aiming for and as we know: clean hair is happy hair. We suggest the Axe Dual 2-in-1 Shampoo and Conditioner. This combo gently cleans and conditions your hair and ensures your style will turn out touchably soft.
Towel-dry your hair.
Post shower, gently run your towel over your hair to towel-dry it until it’s mostly dry. Be careful not to pull or tug at your hair as this can cause a lot of unwanted damage.
Apply the product.
Grab a dime-sized amount of the Axe Urban Messy Look Flexible Paste, warm the product up between your hands, and work it throughout your strands. Mold and flex the product as it delivers an instant texture booster to your strands. Applying even a small amount of this product will help you nail that ‘just got out of bed’ look that manages to look intentional while still being laidback.
The key to perfecting the blow-dried look pictured above is setting your dryer to medium heat and combing your hair from front to back as you blow-dry. Keep at it until your hair is completely dry.
Adjust your newly dried strands to achieve maximum volume and rock your finished look in style.
