How a Simple Scalp Care Routine Can Help You Find Your Calm

By taking time for self-care and making the most of excess free time, you can destress and relax at the drop of a hat. Read on to learn how to create a simple scalp routine that will inspire you to find your calm.

Step 1: Replace your shampoo with a scalp scrub.

Start off by setting the scene for a relaxing experience. Light a candle, turn on a calming playlist and hop into the shower.
