Prep your hair.

After drying your hair straight, apply some TRESemmé Keratin Smooth Beautifying Oil to your strands, to help them stay salon-smooth and banish any signs of frizz.
Create your upside down French braid.
Now for the fun part: how to do an upside down French braid! Flip your hair upside down to make it easier to reach behind your head. Then, take a 2-inch wide section of hair near the nape of your neck, and divide it into 3 equal sections.
To French braid, you’ll need to cross the strands once like a typical braid (left over middle, right over middle), before picking up additional hair from each side as you continue to weave and incorporating it into your braid. Repeat this motion until you have braided to the top of your head.
Tie an upside down French braid ponytail.
Secure your braid by tying it into a mini ponytail. Then secure all of your hair to create an upside down French braid ponytail. Twist your ponytail to make a top knot and hold in place by using bobby pins that match the colour of your hair.
