Tinashe got majorly scissor happy for New York Fashion Week! ?
Over the weekend, American singer Tinashe threw a spanner in mane works when she showed up to the Alexander Wang spring/summer 2018 show with a completely different ‘do.
The star rarely switches up her hairstyle and is often spotted with lush, long beachy waves. So when we saw her with an edgy, choppy pixie haircut, we almost did a triple take!

Naturally, the American singer and songwriter took to Instagram to share her freshly chopped ‘do, alongside the caption: ‘Front row shawty @alexanderwangny’. And what immaculate timing, because there isn’t a more stylish time or place to reveal a hair makeover than at NYFW (isn’t that right, Kim?)!
In the picture, the 24-year-old has switched up her longs locks for a high-impact, textured pixie crop, that’s bursting with rocker-babe charm.
And in addition to her super short locks, it also looks as though she’s also gone a lighter shade of blonde, too. Now, that’s what we call a killer combo!

Yet while we’re not sure entirely if she’s gone for the chop for real, we can only assume she wanted to dip her toes into the ever-growing pixie hair world to see if she could pull it off. And guess what? She totally does.
