Suki brings her own bohemian touch to this year’s pixie trend.

So many celebs have been jumping on the pixie cut bandwagon this year (Katie Holmes, Zoe Kravitz… the list goes on), that really you’d think we’d stop being so shocked every time one of our favourite stars goes for the chop.

But when English actress, model and musician Suki Waterhouse unveiled a new pixie on Instagram yesterday, we were utterly floored yet again. Bringing her own unique touch, Suki opted for a tomboyish, textured look, which compliments her boho vibes perfectly.

So, if previous pixies have failed to ignite your love for the style, see what you think of Suki’s take on the trend, below. She might just be the push you need to go for it…

Sharing a selfie from the studio (the triple threat talent recently released new music), the 25-year-old shared her shocking new hairdo with fans. The look in question – a boyish, textured pixie with choppy layers – gives Suki’s soft, feminine locks an edgier, more androgynous feel.

From what we can see, it also seems her signature bronde shade has been lightened to a more yellow-toned platinum, completing her total tress transformation.

Whether this latest look is just a wig for an upcoming role or she’s truly gone for the chop remains to be seen. Either way, we’re thoroughly enjoying Suki’s messier, roughed-up take on the pixie trend and when you’re blessed with a face like that – why not, right?!

Editor’s tip: Obsessing over Suki’s boyish crop but worried your hair is too straight or flat to pull off a similar style? Don’t be deterred.

Using a workable hair wax (such as the TIGI S Factor Creamy Molding Wax) helps to add life and movement to even the straightest strands, and has a light-medium hold that will keep your ‘do looking on point all day.
