Hair highlights from the Stella McCartney Autumn 2018 presentation

It's called fashion, look it up.

Last night, celeb favourite Stella McCartney hosted a presentation in LA to show off her upcoming Autumn 2018 collection. Anyone who’s anyone in Hollywood has been seen wearing Stella’s designs, so as you can imagine the guest list was like a who’s who of A-listers.

Here, we’re giving credit where credit’s due and calling out the best beauty looks that we spotted from the event – and there were some good’uns. There’s a couple of French-inspired styles, a new fringe or 2 and some dreamy colour inspo thrown in for good measure.

The best hairstyles we spotted at Stella McCartney’s AW18 presentation

Vanessa Hudgens’ très chic French bob

How weird is it to think that this is the same girl we once saw in High School Musical?! We feel old. Vanessa Hudgens opted for this Amélie-inspired style, a Parisian cheek-length bob complete with a soft piecey fringe.

Kate Mara’s mini hun

Kate Mara stepped out at the event with her golden brunette strands in a casual half-up top knot and totally slayed.

It added an effortless feel to her smart plunging LBD and by taking some of the hair away from her face, it helped her show off that popping contour.

Kate Hudson’s close crop

Wasn’t it just yesterday that Kate Hudson shaved her head? Apparently she’s been casting magic spells because she’s already back in pixie territory!

Worn styled to one side and paired with an ultra girly pastel outfit, she’s proof that boyish haircuts can still look feminine.

Christina Aguilera’s blogger beret

Christina had all of us in the office doing a double take this morning when we saw this shot pop up.

The 37-year-old (no, we can’t believe it either), who is apparently currently working on her eighth album, channelled the blogger-favourite beret trend with this leather number and literally looks like she’s in her 20s. Xtina, tell us your secrets!

Paris Jackson’s rock ‘n’ roll look

You know it, we know, everyone knows it: Paris Jackson always slays the mane game. Her ombre hair is part boho, part grunge and wholly inspiring! The next time someone tells us the ombre ship has sailed, we’ll be directing them to this look.

Charli XCX’s fresh fringe

We actually had to Google old photos of Charli XCX to try and remember what she used to look like, as this style seems so different for her! The naturally curly-haired star wore her rich, shoulder-length hair sleek and straight, topped off with a long-grown out fringe.

TRESemmé Keratin Smooth Heat Protect Spray Front of bottle

Editor’s tip: Do you have naturally curly hair like Charli and find that your hair never seems to stay straight for long? Give the TRESemmé Keratin Smooth Heat Protection Shine Spray a whirl the next time you straighten your hair.

It’s great for curly girls as it packs all the benefits of a regular heat protection spray, yet also fights frizz and keeps the hair looking glossy, so you won’t have to keep going over it with the straighteners!
