The blonde buzz

Jourdana Phillips totally stole the show on the Saint Laurent catwalk with her bold, blonde buzz cut. The ballsy model lobbed off her medium-length, natural hair, before bleaching it into a new short barnet – all in the name of fashion, of course!

The Grace Jones-inspired ‘do

It’s time to do your best impression of Grace Jones and start working your ’80s-inspired high top fade! If you didn’t know that this retro look was this season’s hottest hair trend, then you must have been living under a rock.

We started to see big and boxy afro hairstyles bubble up during the autumn/winter 2016 fashion shows, and we’re glad to say that it’s still set to be big for SS17, too!

The subtle high top fade

Are geometric cuts a little too ‘out-there’ for you? Don’t worry, because the Saint Laurent SS17 show presented us with an alternative look, with a subtle high top fade!

This cut has less dramatic height, and is rounded off at the top, for a perfectly chic and effortless finish.
