This mutli-hyphen babe is a singer and actress and in 2019 Naomi Scott will embark on her biggest roles to date. Staring as Princess Jasmine in Aladin and alongside fellow ATH ones to watch star Ella Balinska in Charlie’s Angels.
And that’s not all. She also landed the cover of the April issue of Vogue, with new editor-in-chief Edward Enninful describing her as one of Britain’s “brightest cultural exports”. Pretty amazing right?

Who?
Two times Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter, Gabriella “Gabi” Wilson AKA H.E.R., is the newest R&B star that everyone is trying to work with.
While she may be pretty well known in the US music scene, the UK has only recently picked up on her amazing talent.

This 21-year-old star is known for her contemporary R&B ballads and already has 5 EPs under her belt. However, it was her debut album titled H.E.R. that got her a staggering 5 Grammy Award nominations.

Starring alongside 2018s one to watch Kathryn Newton in the TV adaption of Litlle Women was Maya’s first taste of acting. This year she’s the new addition to Netflix’s hit show Stranger Things.

Who?
22-year-old Londoner and daughter of TV chef Lorraine Pascale is a new face for 2019. The actress has played small roles for TV shows and movies, but 2019 will be the year she crosses over to the big screen.

After landing her first role in the Elizabeth Banks remake of Charlie’s Angels, Ella will make up the trio of Angels with notable co-stars Kristen Stewart and our ones to watch star, Naomi Scott.

Who?

Rachel Foxx
Who?
Singer and songwriter from East London, Rachel Foxx is the new name and voice taking the music world by storm.
Her soulful R&B sound has been bubbling for some time, but with her latest EP release entitled Flame, we are expecting huge things from this Hackney babe. We’ve heard it and believe us, it’s the uptempo, feel-good soundtrack you didn’t know you were missing.
What’s her CV like?
Positioned as one to watch by Complex magazine and BBC Music Introducing, Rachel has already managed to have sell-out shows and feature on the likes of Missguided, Fader magazine and Highsnobiety – that’s pretty impressive stuff.
Expect to see plenty of Rachel in 2018 when she not only dominates the airwaves but all our style goals too!

We caught up with Rachel to ask her about her decision to go natural and her response was “I kinda learned to love my natural hair and to be grateful for what I have” – we don’t blame her.

Who are your hair heroes and how have they impacted your personal style?
Naomi Campbell, I always loved her long hair and this was my go-to hairstyle in college. I also think SZA’s hair is really cool.
What are your biggest hair hits (fave style)?
I still love when I used to have my waist-length weaves! So fun. But my favourite has to be my centre part gelled back sleek bun… proper classic.
And hair lows (horror stories, mishaps etc)?
Dying/bleaching my hair!!! Eek!! I’ve done it twice (once in school and once a year ago), and both times I’ve cut all my hair off and had to regrow it.
Tell us about your decision to go natural? What inspired you?
I kinda learned to love my natural hair and to be grateful for what I have. I just wanted to look the same as I look when I go to bed as I do when I wake up.
Lastly, what advice would you give a younger you?
Love yourself, you are perfect just the way you are.
Kali Uchis
Who?
23-year-old Karly-Marina Loaiza is the Colombian-American singer going by the stage name Kali Uchis. She is often referred to as the new Lady Gaga, since Kali’s flamboyant style resembles that of the hitmaker.
What’s her CV like?
With past collaborations alongside Snoop Dogg and Brit babe Jorja Smith, Kali even supported Lana Del Rey on her North American tour in 2017.
Set to make 2018 her year, Kali has now paved a way for herself to become one of the biggest names in the music industry.

Kali’s style is always evolving and we never quite know what she will pull out of the bag next.

Sigrid is the 21-year-old Norwegian singer and songwriter whose feel-good pop tune Strangers reached the number 1 spot on the UK Official Trending Chart. Honestly, once you hear it you will never be able to get it out of your head — and warning: her dad dancing in the video is contagious, too.
What’s her CV like?
If a number 1 hit song wasn’t enough, Sigrid has also featured on the soundtrack of DC Comics movie Justice League. With only 3 singles under her name, some are already labelling her the new Lorde.
But it doesn’t stop there, as she is also the winner of the BBC’s Sound of 2018. To put that in perspective, previous winners include Sam Smith and Adele.

To be frank, Sigrid (as of yet) hasn’t gifted us with a tonne of hairstyles, however, her signature long brown hair is all the hair goals we need right now.

Who?
Jorja Smith is the English singer whose voice you may have mistaken for Adele — or even Amy Winehouse — on more than one occasion.
What’s her CV like?
From features on Drake’s More Life album (plus supporting him on his UK tour) to her latest song Let Me Down featuring Stormzy, Jorja Smith is everywhere right now. Pretty amazing for a 20-year-old!
Jorja also now joins the likes of Florance and the Machine, Elle Goulding and Adele as the winner of The BRIT Critics’ Choice Award.

With Lauryn Hill and Rohan Marley (son of Bob Marley) as her parents, we wonder how 19-year-old Selah Marley has managed to slip under our radar for so long.
What’s her CV like?
She has already appeared in two of Kanye West’s Yeezy shows, plus has a string of campaigns for Beyoncé’s Ivy Park collection and Calvin Klein under her belt. But that’s not all, as Selah Marley is also a very talented singer with her first single, Breathe, released in summer 2017.

Her Victoria’s Secret debut came in 2016, but you may have already spotted her strutting her stuff alongside Kendall Jenner on the Miu Miu runway – not to mention appearances in Vogue, too. She is a busy lady!
