Lady Gaga’s new bangs are giving us major déjà vu

The bangs are back in town!

Ever since Lady Gaga first burst onto the scene with her blunt bangs and love for bodysuits, she instantly became recognised for her unique, theatrical style. And it’s certainly no exaggeration to say that some of her hairstyles have become iconic over the years.

Now, just when we thought she couldn’t possibly shock us further, she’s just unveiled the biggest surprise of all – she’s revived her old-school full fringe! Yep, the star has done a total 360 back to her Just Dance days and we’re feeling pretty nostalgic.

Lady Gaga is rocking blonde bangs again!

The Million Reasons singer has been rocking a much more demure look on the red carpet as of late, but long-term fans will know that her new look is a major nod to days gone by. Sharing the above photo to her Instagram account, we were immediately struck by her choppy bangs, which are totally on par with her new Rock ‘n’ Roll style.

It also appears that her platinum tresses have had some shorter, shaggier layers cut in and were loosely tousled to give her look a textured, bedhead vibe – after all, messy is the new sexy! Credit: @ladygaga

Editor’s tip: Inspired to try out choppy bangs? Well, to ramp up the texture of your tresses, and to tackle any excess oils, make sure to invest in a good dry shampoo, like the TRESemmé Instant Refresh Cleansing Dry Shampoo. It’ll revive limp locks and prevent the dreaded GPS (AKA gappy fringe syndrome), phew!

Considering Gaga’s hair history, it probably won’t be long before she’s rocking yet another bizarre barnet! However, with that said, we’re totally loving Gaga’s more parred-back appearance and we’re sure you’ll agree that she’s a total natural beauty.
