So, Eve has been rocking this seriously fun hair colour and it’s perfect for autumn

Excuse us while we book that salon appointment...

After being out of the mane spotlight for so long, American rapper Eve has inadvertently caught our attention (and blown our minds!), by sharing pictures of herself with a surprising new hair colour for autumn: dark purple.

Instead of going all out with this eye-catching shade, though, she’s chosen to dip her toes into the purple hair trend by getting an ombre dye job done! Yep you read that right, but you’ve got to see it for yourself to understand why we’re so obsessed, so keep on reading…

Eve’s making a case for this surprising hair colour and we’re game

The rapper is no stranger to bold and beautiful hair colours (remember her red and blonde choppy pixie from the Let Me Blow Ya Mind music video?). But lately, however, the star has been going down a more demure route and we’d lying she if we didn’t say it: she’s #slaying!

Posting the above snap to her Instagram page, she’s flaunting a delicious chocolate brown shade that’s far from boring, as it seamlessly blends into an elegant, dark purple hue at the ends.

And whats more: she’s styled her sophisticated look to sleek-perfection, making her ‘do exude a tonne of high-fashion vibes. Credit: @therealeve
