Having seen the hygge hair trend gain monumental popularity over the past month, it seems that people have been quick to switch up their manes in favour of more warming tones. And the latest star to give her strands and bold and beautiful transformation is Emma Roberts, who has opted for the most vibrant hue around: copper red hair!
Now, as any fan of the actress will know, this isn’t the first time she’s experimented with bright hair colours, oh no! With an assortment of shades under her belt, including platinum blonde, dark brunette and even last year’s rose gold trend (a personal favourite!), Emma has become a hair dyeing veteran.
With this in mind, we can’t say we were too surprised to see the actress unveil yet another new ‘do at this year’s Academy Awards – take a look!
Emma Roberts is now rocking copper hair
Stepping out on the red carpet alongside fiance Evan Peters at the Oscars this weekend, the 26-year-old unveiled her new ‘do. Her freshly-dyed copper locks were styled into loose Hollywood waves, complete with a neat side parting and a simple ear tuck, to show off her dazzling droplet earrings!
Styling up her new red mane, the actress also opted for a deep cherry lipstick, a dash of copper eye-shadow, and pulled the whole look together with a sophisticated monochrome dress. So chic!
Any avid viewers of Scream Queens will already have clocked the fact that the star was sporting bleach blonde hair just a few months ago.
And after a quick stalking session of her Instagram, we noticed that she’s been rocking a muted strawberry blonde shade for a while now – so we guess she was slowly working her way up to this fiery hue for the Oscars! While it’s a pretty bold look to pull off, we’re sure you’ll agree, that it really flatters her porcelain complexion!
