New mane alert! Chantel Jeffries sports a sweet wispy fringe with long hair

Look who's joined the bangs gang!

Social media star Chantel Jeffries rose to stardom when she dated pop sensation Justin Bieber, and, since their fling, she has amassed over 2 million followers on Instagram.

But she’s not just famous for being the ex-girlfriend of a global pop star, oh no, she is renowned for her lustrous, model-worthy mane, too, didn’t you know? And guess what? Chantel just debuted a wispy fringe in her lengthy mane! Want to see her new ‘do? Then keep on scrolling!

Chantel is normally seen sporting mid-length, layered locks, which is why it came as such a surprise to her fans when she posted the above picture, debuting her cool-girl fringe with long hair! If you ask us, her mane seems to have grown quite a few inches in a suspiciously short space of time (most probably with the help of extensions!).

But what we love most about her new ‘do is her wispy, eye-grazing fringe! Hmm… We wonder if she was inspired by model Alessandra Ambrosio‘s newly installed long bangs? Credit: @chanteljeffries

Editor’s tip: If you don’t want your fringe to look flat of frizzy, then keep everything in place with a good spritz of TIGI Bed Head Full Of It Volume Finishing Hairspray, which will help to give your locks some oomph!

Chantel’s highlighted, dark blonde hair is often either styled straight and sleek, or into super soft waves. And with the arrival of her long, wispy fringe (which we love, by the way!), we can’t wait to see which new styles she’ll try in the new year! Credit: @chanteljeffries

Feeling inspired by Chantel and her enviable mane? Tempted to try out the look for yourself? Then see how you can rock a wispy fringe IRL with these look we found on social media. Go on, do it for the ‘gram!

Long layers

We love the face framing qualities that a fringe provides, but when you also team it with long layers you’ll have yourself a winning ‘do right there. Keep the length at eye-grazing level for optimum style! Credit: @jesuisclacli

Blow-dried bangs

If you don’t want your locks to be sleek against your forehead, then reach for a large barrel brush and blowdry your fringe until you have a smooth, voluminous finish. This style will also look great with all your tresses pulled up and off your face – be that in a ponytail or a high bun. Credit: @laritalaprincesa

Beach hair

When it comes to styling your locks for a trip to the beach, there’s no style more flattering than a wispy fringe teamed with wavy, sun-kissed locks. Rock this look and you’ll look like a boho babe in no time! Credit: @matildadjerf

Rock chick

Give your look a little edge and channel your inner rock chick by keeping your fringe super sleek and straight. Help the rest of your locks to look a little more ‘lived in’ by teasing your hair and backcombing your tresses. Short and defined

If it’s a face flattering ‘do you’re after, you really can’t go wrong with choppy bangs, as they provide so many style choices. Draw all the focus to your eyes by having your bangs cut so that they fall just under your eyebrows. Credit: @lenachkaofficial
