Max Mara x Flaunt dinner: Best celeb hairstyles
American vlogger and model Amanda Steele may only be 17, but her style credentials far exceed her younger years! The teen had her icy blonde locks swept back in an on-trend wet look style which accentuated her showstopping drop earrings. Pairing her ‘do with a mature pencil skirt ensemble, she oozed high fashion vibes.
Editor’s tip: To recreate Amanda’s style, spritz some of the VO5 Mega Hold Gel Spray into your roots and use a wide-toothed comb to brush back your hair. You’ll benefit from the look and hold of a gel, just without any of the stickiness.
Justine Skye is swiftly becoming one of our go-to sources for hair inspiration. It was only the other day that we raved about her dreamy purple bob, but this time it was a perfectly polished ninja bun that had us swooning. Complementing her elegant style with a tailored pant suit and bold red lip, this look gets a big thumbs up from team ATH!
Boxer braids have long been a celeb favourite and Charli XCX just showed that they aren’t going anywhere anytime soon. With her dark brunette tresses woven into the tight braids – and worn with an equally stunning khaki bodycon dress – the talented British singer/songwriter can add style maven to her CV!
Editor’s tip: If you fancy trying out boxer braids yourself, we recommend spritzing your hair with a sea salt spray, such as the Toni&Guy Sea Salt Texturising Spray, beforehand. Not only does it give your hair a grittier texture to makes the braiding process easier, it will also provide a little hold to ensure your style stays put!
We’re used to seeing Gone Girl actress Rosamund Pike sporting an asymmetric bob hairstyle, but lately we’ve noticed that she’s been growing out her blonde mane. We’re loving her now shoulder-sweeping tresses with her undone loose curls looking perfectly effortless for the occasion.
Editor’s tip: To avoid your curls looking too crispy or ‘overdone’, make sure you opt for an ultra-fine hairspray, like the TRESemmé Perfectly (Un)Done Ultra Brushable Hairspray.
