Carly Rae Jepsen with a brown long pixie shag haircut wearing all black

Carly Rae Jepsen has undergone a major hair transformation and we barely recognise her!

Here's my number, so call me pixie!

Canadian singer Carly Rae Jepsen, who rose to fame with the hit song Call Me Maybe, has almost become as renowned for her brunette shaggy hairstyle as she has for her catchy single. But guess what? She’s had a dramatic hair makeover, and she’s now sporting a whole new hairstyle

Now when we say new hairstyle, we mean completely different in every sense. She’s ditched her old brown hair hue and had quite a bit chopped off too. Want to see? Then you’d better keep on scrolling!

Carly Rae Jepsen transforms her look with a totally new style?

Taking to Instagram to debut her new ‘do, Carly posted the above picture, alongside the caption: “Lil blonde me about to sing O Canada at the #NHLAllStar game! ????”.

As you can see, Carly’s mane is now several inches shorter, having been cut into a cute, stylish pixie. Her new layered mane boasts texture and body, too, which helps to give it a sultry feel. Credit: @carlyraejepsen

Alongside her haircut revamp, the star also switched up her colour, trading in her dark, edgy brunette locks for something lighter. We reckon that Carly’s new bleach blonde tresses (which feature dark roots!) are just perfect for SpringCredit: @carlyraejepsen

Editor’s tip: Considering dyeing your mane like Carly’s? If you do decide to take the plunge, then remember that you’ll need to use a wash and care duo formulated for blonde hair.

We suggest opting for the TONI&GUY Illuminate Blonde Shampoo and Conditioner as these will help to add shine to your colour and bring out any highlights or lighter tones.
