While everyone was out celebrating Valentine’s or Galentine’s day yesterday, Gossip Girl star and American actress Blake Lively was expressing love in a completely new, cool way. It’s no secret that we have a major hair crush on Blake’s long blonde tresses, and although her Serena Van Der Woodsen days are far behind her, she’s still remained at the top of her mane game. Over the years, she’s rocked messy side braids, Victoria’s Secret-inspired waves and more (we could go on forever!). So, when she shared this show-stopping updo on Instagram, alongside the caption: “Happy Valentines Day ❤?”, we fell head over heels all over again.

In the picture above, Blake’s blonde wavy locks have been pulled back into a half-up, half-down style. Two sections of her hair have been twisted into a giant heart shape, then pinned in place.
