Sneak peek: The All Things Hair launch party!
Expect photo shoot action shots and some stunning hairstyles!
Over the past two days, the All Things Hair crew have been teaming up with some expert stylists from TIGI to throw a massive hair party. How come? To celebrate the launch of our fun-filled website, of course!
We invited a group of hair devotees along to our pop-up pamper event, where they were treated to a fabulous hair and makeup session. But it didn’t finish there: we then sent them off to our (makeshift) photo studio, to shoot their very own hair portrait! We know, very fancy.

Braids and beachy waves
It’s no secret that braids are in, which is why TIGI Academy Creative Director Piero Gentile created this gorgeous bohemian-inspired braid, which works its way round one side of the head. He paired his braided creation with effortlessly cool beachy waves, making this the ultimate summer (or even beach!) hairstyle to try.
Tip: To achieve beach-inspired waves at home, use a sea salt spray, like the Toni&Guy Casual Sea Salt Texturising Spray (£7.49*), which can help add texture and natural-looking movement.

Sophisticated bobs
We saw our fair share of bob haircuts at the event, too. Some were braided into mini cornrows, while others were curled into loose waves. This one, in particular, was styled super sleek, and teamed with a classic middle parting. TIGI’s Junior Art Director John Harte used straighteners to smooth down pesky flyaways and shape this bouncy, blunt bob into the perfect day-to-night look.
One of the hero hair products of the day (and the one which made this bob really glisten!) was the TIGI Bed Head Headrush Shine Hairspray (£17.50*), which helps to add a fine layer of shine over your hair. Simply spritz it over any finished hairstyle and get ready to see your mane glow!

Fun-loving afros
How cute is this trapezoid-shaped afro? Our hair stylists helped to define this lovely lady’s voluminous curls with some TIGI S-Factor Papaya Leave-in Moisture Spray (£16.45*). Within an instant, her curls were springing into shape all over the place!
