Kelela gave her hair a glitzy makeover for New York Fashion Week and it looks unreal!

At last night’s Calvin Klein spring/summer 2018 fashion show, American singer and songwriter Kelela sat in the front row and served up major #naturalhairgoals!

Instead of just wearing her signature side-swept locs + undercut hairstyle, she decided to go for something far more glitzy, jazzing up her strands with some charming crystal beads for New York Fashion Week.

Needless to say we’ve become completely obsessed and once you get a glimpse at her showstopping look for yourself, we’re pretty sure you will be, too!

Kelela just made crystal hair a thing & it’s every bit as OTT as you’d expect

If you didn’t alright know, Kelela is a master of donning hair accessories, having rocked pretty pearls, sweet scrunchies and even fresh floral accessories in the past — so we weren’t all surprised to see she had adorned her locs once again.

However, this time around you really have to give props to the R&B singer, as the faceted crystal beads attached to the ends of her dreadlocks create a sparkling chandelier effect that’s both striking and elegant. Where’s Sia when you need her, eh?

Kelela’s sparkling strands might not seem like the most wearable style but it’s perfect for anyone who wants to steal the spotlight and shine bright at their next party. Thanks for #hairinspo, Kelela!
