Bye-bye platinum blonde!
Actress Jennifer Lawrence, AKA our fave blondie, has had a very subtle (yet striking) hair transformation. Yep, that’s right: the Hunger Games star has traded in her platinum locks for something a little more natural-looking: dirty blonde hair.
Although this colour may not be her most daring, it certainly is stunning. If you’ve yet to see her new ‘do, read on for some major hair envy!
Dirty blonde is J-Law’s new hair colour of choice!
J-Law debuted her new ‘do at the 2016 AMD British Academy Britannia Awards, where her mane was styled into a low, braided bun that sat just above the nape of her neck. Her face was framed by her centre-parted fringe, and she tied the whole look together with some glitzy earrings and a stunning pale pink gown by Elie Saab (which is to-die-for, BTW!).
But as stunning as Jennifer’s hairstyle was, it was her brand new hair colour that had us doing a double-take! Her platinum blonde hair has been swapped for a dirty blonde shade, which we totally love. Her new hue features lighter golden highlights that have been cleverly positioned near the front of her face to help make her eye colour pop.
Good news is, this more natural-looking shade will definitely require less upkeep than her previous colour choice. And what’s more, it’s the ideal shade for transitioning out of (or even into!) the bolder platinum blonde look.
