Pretty Little Liars’ Lucy Hale has a fringe now and we’re literally in love

Is that Aria we see poking out from under those bangs?!

Just when we thought that we couldn’t possibly love Pretty Little Liars actress Lucy Hale any more, she went and got some uber cool bangs. Yes, that’s right: Lucy Hale (AKA Aria) now has a fringe, and it’s bang-tastic!

Now, as many of you will have seen, the star is renowned for constantly changing up her locks. In the past she’s been brown, blonde, and had both long and short hair – and of course, she’s suited every single style. Currently though, she’s rocking a choppy, shoulder-grazing lob with a rounded fringe. And when we tell you it’s amazing, we’re not exaggerating…

Lucy Hale just got bangs, so now obviously we want them too

Taking to Instagram to debut her new bangs, Lucy shared a photo of her choppy, layered lob, which features lovely honey-blonde highlights. Keeping the majority of her locks in their natural brown hue, the highlights create a stunning contrast! So gorgeous, right?

We have to say, when we first heard the news about her new look, we were a little unsure – but having seen it for ourselves, there’s no denying that Lucy really does suit a fringe!

We love how her hair is blended through with gradual layering, as this not only adds texture, but it also helps frame and soften her strong jaw, too. Credit: @lucyhale

Has Lucy’s cool-girl look inspired you to get the chop? We thought so. In that case, ask your stylist to cut you a long, full fringe, before working some light layers into it.

Then get some longer layers worked in either side of your fringe to help blend your bangs with the rest of your hair. Credit: @lucyhale

Editor’s tip: To give your fringe that undone, effortless bedhead vibe that Lucy is rocking, give the VO5 Dry Texturising Spray a try.

This extra spritz of texture will help to revive limp fringes and give it a slightly gritty hold so that it stays where you want it.
