We know you’d probably rather eat this home remedy (preferably on toast) than put it in your hair, but if you have a spare avocado in the fridge or one that’s overripe, it’s worth whipping it up into a DIY hair mask. This delicious fruit is very nutritious and full of good fats, plus, they’re loaded with potassium and vitamin C and K.
Start by peeling your ripe avocado and removing the pit. Mash your avocado in a bowl using a fork, then add a tablespoon of olive oil and a teaspoon of honey.
