How to Create the Wavy and Twisted Half-Up Hairstyle
Prep hair
Wash hair with Dove Oxygen & Nourishment Shampoo and Dove Oxygen & Nourishment Conditioner for bounce and volume.
Curl and clip
Create soft waves by curling your hair, section by section. Then, take a section of hair from each side of your face and put them up temporarily with clips to get them out of the way while you work on the rest of your hair.
Create a half-updo
Form a half updo by taking one more section from each side, then tie them together with an elastic.
Pull the tail
Take the tail and gently pull it upwards and through the ponytail to create a twisted effect.
Twist
Unclip the sections of hair from the sides of your face, get the left section and bring it up to the back of the head, twisting it inwards as you go. When you get to the end, use bobby pins to secure the end underneath your half-up.
Repeat with the other section
