How to do a messy low bun, Ashley Yap style
Rinse & blowdry
Prep hair by washing with Sunsilk Smooth & Manageable Shampoo. This will make hair softer and smoother so it’s easier to style. Rinse well and blow dry.
Part, curl, & scrunch
Part your hair in the middle and create loose curls using a curling iron. Then, since you’re aiming for a bedhead style, lightly scrunch hair from the crown all the way down to the ends to create an undone, tousled look.
Create a ponytail
Leave a few loose strands on either side of your face, then put the rest of your hair up in a low ponytail.
Pull 'em loose
Pull up some strands from the top of your ponytail to give your hair a little volume and texture.
Twist & twirl
Take your ponytail and twist and twirl to create a low bun. Secure it with bobby pins.
And now your effortlessly chic look is complete and you’re ready to take lots of cute travel selfies! Go show off your chic messy bun hairstyle to the world!
